National Coverage
We have a team of fully qualified field based engineers, located at
strategic points in the country to provide complete coverage of mainland U.K,
offering an onsite installation and breakdown service for most makes of weighing
equipment. We also carry out planned service & certification visits at
customer’s premises, offering both Standard ISO and UKAS levels of
certification.
Technical Workshop
Our field based service team are fully supported by our in-house technical
workshop. Staffed by manufacturer trained engineers we can repair balances that
could not be fixed out in the field. We do not charge for estimates.
Warranty
We support directly the warranty on all products sold through us. So if
something goes wrong we take care of it and do not pass the problem onto the
manufacturer.
After Sales Support
We provide full after sales support for all products that we sell. In the
event you have any queries relating to the product you have purchased please
contact us.
UKAS Mass Calibration Laboratory
In our state of the art calibration laboratories based in Oxford we can
offer a UKAS calibration service for class E2, F1, F2, M1 and M2 weights.
