Field service team comprises of a network of field based engineers who are located strategic points around the UK providing comprehensive support for customers in England, Scotland and Wales

Located in Oxford our field  based team are supported by our Technical Repair Centre.  Fully equipped workshop facilities and manufacturer trained engineers are able to carry our repairs down to board level.

Competence
#    We have 40 years experience delivery calibration and maintenance solutions in the UK.
#    UKAS accredited.  We are independently audited by a third party on our technical competence to carry out calibrations. Only UKAS accredited service organisations in the UK are monitored in this way, your guarantee that the calibration has been completed correctly.
#    Trained and supported by leading manufacturers including Sartorius, Mettler Toledo, Ohaus, Denver, A&D, Eppendorf, Brand, CLP, Volac
#    Service and calibrate approximately 25,000 balances and pipettes in the UK
